my life as a student minister

Today was my first day back to work. The true test to this Whole30 cleanse was when we took some students out to eat who were job shadowing. We decided to go to Apple Bee’s and to my surprise it was very good.

I started out by asking that my steak be cooked in EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) instead of butter and got a double helping of steamed veggies. The meal was really good and the server didn’t have a problem making my meal to order.

My stomach has been killing me all day. I’m assuming it’s because my body is cleansing itself. Needless to say, I think I lost a couple pounds today. 🙂

Breakfast:
3 hard boiled eggs
1 chicken breast

Snack:
Carrots
Apple

Lunch:
Steak
Veggies

Dinner:
Meatballs
Spaghetti Squash
